Our platform is built on WordPress using Elementor, and we're in the process of elevating our project to the next level. We operate as an affiliate, partnering with travel platforms to offer the best deals and experiences to our audience.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Web Developer/Designer who is proficient in WordPress and Elementor. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a strong understanding of web development, and familiarity with AI tools and technologies. This role involves redesigning our blogs, refreshing content, and enhancing the user experience on our homepage.

Key Responsibilities:

Redesign and refresh existing blog posts. 
With updated text, new banners, and videos. (not mandatory)
Create a new homepage design that aligns with our brand and enhances user engagement.
Collaborate with our team to set up and optimize marketing campaigns.
Integrate and optimize surveys built with Elementor.
Ensure seamless functionality of contact forms and Pebbly email autoresponder.
Maintain and improve the website's overall performance and responsiveness.
Incorporate affiliate links and strategies into the website design to enhance revenue opportunities.
Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation, user experience, and personalized travel options.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Web Developer/Designer, specifically with WordPress and Elementor.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous design and development projects.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and campaign setup. (not mandatory)
Understanding of affiliate marketing strategies and integration. 
Experience with AI tools and technologies to improve website functionality and user engagement.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Passion for travel and an understanding of the Croatian tourism landscape is a plus.
