Answer customer questions and provide assistance and directions when necessary.
Maintaining client relationships through consistent follow-up.
Monitor incoming requests.

Educational Qualification – Must have completed High School.

Type: Full Time/Part Time – 5 days; 40 Hours a week.
Location – Remote - Work from home / anywhere
Duration: 6 month
Work Shift: Mon-Sat, 6:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. IST and 6:00 p.m - 10:00 p.m

Should be a clear communicator who convey enthusiasm while being knowledgeable, professional, and adaptable.
Having past experience of 1-2 years working at any company handling the aforementioned responsibilities.
Excellent communication skills with expert-level fluency in native language.
Passion for helping others, and commitment.
