Hello all!
We are looking for several entry-level positions, for full-time interns. These roles might be ideal for recent graduates or people who would like to enter the digital art industry.
Candidates might be from the following colleges: Faculty of graphic arts, Design and Architecture, Algebra, FER, ZSEM, Faculty of Economics and Business, and alike.
About Misch Studio
I am a freelance designer who has been producing quality digital works in the field of animation, illustration, design, branding for 20 years. I am now working to increase the team, expanding customer and partner networks in the US, EU, and Asia.

Mode of work:
Primarily remotely, but full-time. But flexible.
Up to 20% of the time for face-to-face meetings. But flexible.
My office is in Zagreb.
What type of interns we are looking for:
- Digital Marketing Manager (intern)
Tools & skills: HubSpot CRM (or other CRM), Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, WordPress
Additional tools: Trello, Google Docs, Slack, Discord, DocuSign
Your role: after getting a brief from our team, and watching multiple courses on Lynda.com (i.e. Linkedin Learning) - create a digital marketing strategy, plan and set of activities. With the purpose of generating high-quality leads. This will include copywriting, newsletter management, social media postings, paid advertising, PR, etc.
Objectives:
- to position Misch Studio as a trusted partner to tech startups, and large enterprises for digital design work
- to share and celebrate previous client work with the public, and our target personas and decision-makers (e.g CMO, CEO, Head of Marketing, Head of Product, Head of Design, Head of Busines Unit)
- To educate prospects, clients, customers, journalists, media on the design process and create and publish engaging visual content that drives interest
- to generate high-quality leads, that drives sales numbers
- Business development executive / Sales representative / Account manager
Your role: to build an account planning strategy and mapping of territories. Use Google Spreadsheet, AirTable, CRM tools, and dashboards on a daily basis. Liaise with digital marketing manager, Art director, C-level to build an effective strategy that drives and accelerates pipeline of leads.
Doing the outreach (cold and warm) towards the decision-makers via email, LinkedIn, Face-to-face meetings, Calls, Video calls. Creating or influencing the creation of micro-sites, PowerPoint presentations, promotional videos, brochures, and other marketing and sales materials.
KPIs/Success metrics: revenue ($) directly or influenced

Additional tools: Miro.com, Trello, WordPress, AirTable, Google Docs, HubSpot, Slack, Discord
Ability to learn quickly, both from me as an Art director, and from courses such as Linkedin Learning (ex Lynda.com).
We value proactiveness, think big mindset, communication skills (internally and externally), commitment, and attention to detail.
What you will be able to learn:
How to deal with clients from the get-go, project management, gathering requirements, using design tools effectively, communications with clients, creative process, and convergence with business needs.
Your role: Depending on the project, you will be involved in the creative process, pitching the ideas to clients, hands-on design work in Adobe suite tools.
KPIs: Quality of design work; In a timely manner; Recommendations for business improvements and new services offered and delivered;
