coding a telelgram bot

We need a skilled developer with some previous experience to develop a telegram bot. The bot would have a crypto wallet (should develop/integrate opening a wallet - we have examples) and needs to integract with multiuiple users (i.e similar to a tipping bot /bot tip @user1234 1ETH).
