Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Director of Marketing on a social media strategy and implement it.
• Execute and continue to develop social media strategy across all channels.
• Take the lead on researching, planning, scheduling, publishing, and reporting on our social media campaigns. We are looking for someone who is always looking for ways to grow and improve our social media presence.
• Ensure visual content published is appealing and engaging. Have an eye for what does and doesn’t look good.
• Analyze past campaigns, conduct A/B testing, and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitoring trending hashtags and topics while finding unique ways to integrate them into the brand and strategy.
• Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement and the brand’s social media strategy
• Work with influencers as needed to develop content, extend reach, and build upon the brand on social media.
• Develop out-of-the-box approaches to dominate the DeFi and Crypto conversation on Twitter and beyond.
• Manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a social media marketing role
• Adequate understanding of crypto
• Be analytical and have a growth-driven mindset
• Ability to write compelling copy for social media that is creative and engaging
• Ability to implement a corporate social media strategy
• Strong organizational skills and can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge such as Hootsuite, Tweetdeck, and Agorapulse.
• General understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics, and SEO
• Knowledge of online marketing and a general understanding of key marketing channels
• Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
• Excellency in English

Nice to Have

• Visual artist or graphic design background - ability to create your own graphics and video content from scratch.
• Experience working with high-level influencers
• In-depth knowledge of DeFi or even the Polkadot Blockchain
