About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Account Manager to join our team on a 4-month fixed contract part-time basis. In this role, you will act as the bridge between our clients and other teams, ensuring the smooth execution of marketing campaigns, strategic planning, and delivering outstanding results. You will primarily manage one Web3 account, oversee marketing initiatives, and drive engagement and brand growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

•          Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Web3 client, understanding their business goals and marketing needs.

•          Execute marketing strategies tailored to each client’s objectives, including content, social media, and community engagement.

•          Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, paid media, web development) to execute marketing activities.

•          Oversee campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize marketing efforts for improved ROI.

•          Ensure smooth project execution, meeting deadlines and deliverables while maintaining high client satisfaction.

•          Stay updated on the latest Web3 trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to provide strategic insights to clients.

•          Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently, ensuring marketing initiatives align with business objectives.

Requirements

✅ 3+ years of experience in marketing, account management, or client-facing roles, preferably in Web3, blockchain, or fintech.

✅ Deep understanding of Web3 marketing, including community building, influencer partnerships, paid media, and PR.

✅ Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and delivering strategic marketing initiatives.

✅ Strong project management skills, able to multitask and keep campaigns on track.

✅ Excellent communication and relationship management skills, able to build trust with clients and stakeholders.

✅ Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven recommendations.

✅ Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

Bonus Skills

•          Familiarity with blockchain ecosystems.

•          Hands-on experience with marketing tools (Good Ad, Google Analytics, Microsoft Advertising).

•          PR or influencer marketing experience in the Web3 space.
