2. Need to signin in to: https://login.live.com with  [email protected]:password and check if is locked or valid.

3. If is locked, need to unlock by entering the recovery email EX: [email protected]

4. Get the unlock code from: https://www.mailforspam.com/mail/recoveryemail22121.

5. Use the code from https://www.mailforspam.com/mail/recoveryemail22121 and Unlock the outlook account.
