Startup looking for intern to begin app development for Title Ownership transfer of property and land contracts (Title Agency).  Looking to use blockchain  to support and streamline services for clients.   A knowledge of the US (OHIO) legal proceedings of a Title Agency and associated escrow dealings and loan signing systems is desired.   

Negotiable stipend possible at end of prototype with possibility of further contracting.
